2012.

The holidays are over. 

Time to get down to business.

Tuesday starts the diet. 

I’m starting with the 3 Day Diet and then shift to Weight Watchers.

This is going down.

My mother and I rid the house of all the bad stuff.

I shall enjoy my last Chic Fil A sandwich ever tomorrow.

I want to wake up when I’m 30 and remember that I did all I could to make my 20s the best that they could be.

Here’s to 2012. The year we all giggle more than we jiggle.

Slim in September Catch Up: Days 10-13

DAY 10: Today, don’t allow yourself to say a single negative thing about yourself.

  • What are your least favorite things about your body, and how can you look at them in a positive way?

          - I have a hump on my back. There is an arch at the end of my neck bone. It drives me crazy. Positive: It is a family trait. That’s about the only thing I got.

          - I also hate my hair…it is thin and doesn’t really fit many styles. On the alternative, it takes a total of 10 minutes to dry and straighten.

ON DAY 11: Today, take 30 minutes to dance your cares away.

  • What activities do you enjoy that are also great for your body? How can you incorporate more into your day?

I love to hike and dance. It is getting a little too cold to hike, but I should be able to start taking more and more Zumba classes at the local YMCA.

ON DAY 12: Today, focus on fruit.

  • What is something you’re doing wrong, and how can you work that out of your life? - Not finding a job…find a job.

ON DAY 13: Today, spend 10 minutes in meditation, visualizing what you’re aiming for.

  • How will things be different for you when you reach your goal?

I will just be healthier. There will be soo many activities that will be easier and more enjoyable! I’ll no longer sit out of things because I’m worried my weight will make me embarrass myself.
